Lebel IAU Cell Care 3S Silky is the third step of the IAU Cell Care "Happiness for Hair" salon system, designed for fine, thin or soft hair that needs to be strengthened without losing its natural movement. The intensely firming cream delivers the bulk of the program's restorative actives and leaves the lengths feeling denser, springier and visibly fuller — without the weight a richer formula would bring.

It is designed for in-salon use by the stylist as part of the four-step program, applied to mid-lengths and ends after steps 1 and 2 and before step 4 seals the cuticle. Cell Membrane Complex slips between the cuticle layers and helps replenish the inner lipid structure that colour, heat and daily wear strip away, while white meadowfoam extract leaves a thin, satin-soft surface film that adds shine without weight, glycerin and arginine pull moisture into the shaft, and vitamin E gives antioxidant support so the result holds longer between salon visits, before step 4 follows immediately to lock everything in place. For thick, dense or visibly damaged hair the stylist uses 3M Melt instead.
